You can return your order within 14 days after receiving.

SALE items + earrings cannot be returned.

The refund will be processed after we received your return.

Returns must be unworn and in their original packaging.

You will receive the refund over the payment method you chose at checkout.

MINGOSS will not cover the shipping costs for returns.

MINGOSS is not responsible for lost returns sent without tracking.
